Protecting us from ourselves # I was scrolling through the AFR last Sunday, as one does, and noticed the following headline: Labor to overhaul ‘sophisticated investor’ test. Great, I thought – they’re finally going to make it possible for retail investors to buy higher-risk, higher-return products! How wrong I was:
